Three thousand years,
still perfectly good
Sealed jars of honey recovered from ancient Egyptian tombs were found, three millennia later, still perfectly edible. Honey is one of the very few foods that simply does not spoil.
The reason is its natural composition: low moisture and gentle acidity leave no room for bacteria to grow. We don't improve on that — we protect it, harvesting raw, single-origin honey and bottling it untouched, exactly as nature intended.
